Calculators and saved bids

The free estimator calculates inside your browser and does not send estimates or form inputs to our servers. The downloaded toolkit stores saved bids locally in your browser; your bid details are not uploaded by the toolkit.

Anonymous usage counts

We count page loads, valid calculator edits and checkout clicks as daily totals to understand which parts of the purchase process are used. Each event is counted at most once per page load. These counts contain no calculator inputs, email addresses, cookies, user IDs or stored IP addresses and are deleted after 90 days. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Browser counts are approximate; verified paid orders are recorded separately for fulfillment.

Purchases and downloads

Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its privacy policy. Our fulfillment service uses the checkout email address, Stripe session identifier, delivery status, and a hash of the private download token to validate orders and deliver files. These order records are stored using Cloudflare and deleted from the fulfillment database after 90 days. Stripe transaction records and support correspondence are managed separately for support and recordkeeping.

AgentMail processes the buyer email address and delivery message to send your download link and handle support replies. Download links expire after seven days. Keep your private link confidential.

Hosting and support

Cloudflare may process standard request logs, including IP address and user-agent information, for security and operation. The storefront checks whether fulfillment is available before enabling checkout. If you email support, your address and message are processed to answer your request. We do not use order emails for marketing.
